Welcome to Whitewater C of E Primary School
OUR SCHOOL UNIFORM
At Whitewater we are very proud of our school uniform.
Our school colours are pillar box red, grey and white.
All children use a red bookbag and wear the uniform as follows:
• Red Whitewater sweatshirt or cardigan
• White polo shirt
• Grey shorts, trousers, skirt or pinafore
• White or grey socks (girls may wear red or grey tights in winter)
• Black school shoes
• In summer, girls may wear a red and white checked school dress.
(Note: Year 6 pupils wear senior uniform of red V-neck sweatshirt, white shirt, navy & red school tie and grey shorts/trousers/skirt)
For PE, the children wear:
• Red Whitewater PE T-shirt
• Red Whitewater polar fleece
• Navy shorts
• In cold weather, plain navy joggers/tracksuit bottoms.
• White socks
• Plimsolls or trainers
If your child participates in after school sports clubs, a red drawstring PE bag is required for items such as football boots/kit. We ask that parents do not provide rucksacks as they are bulky and take up too much room in the cloakroom.
For safety and hygiene reasons, hair longer than shoulder length must be tied back. Hair accessories (such as hairbands and slides) should be in neutral or school colours, and be simple and not oversized.
** Please ensure that all your child’s clothing and shoes are clearly named **
