Uniform and equipment code
As part of the ethos of the school children wear uniform as specified below. The school staff team encourages the children to be smart and to look after property. If children arrive at school out of uniform, they will be questioned and given a spare uniform to be worn for the day. Any variation of the uniform code should only be with the permission of the headteacher.
Day to day wear
• Dark blue crew neck sweatshirt, or cardigan with the school logo
Year 6’s = V-Neck dark blue sweatshirt with school logo & school tie.
• Dark (black or grey) trousers, shorts or skirt, not jeans
• Coat or waterproof jacket (always available in school)
• Summer dress - blue and white checks or stripes
Shoes - robust, low heels, dark colour that doesn’t come off when children run about; and not trainers.
Wellington boots
PE Kit in school at all times kept in a named bag. For health and safety reasons children must wear appropriate kit for PE. If this is not brought into school, second hand items are available to be borrowed. These should be washed and returned as soon as possible.
• White tee shirt
• Dark blue or black shorts or Girls Skort (dark blue/black)
• Dark blue or black tracksuit bottoms for outdoors (no logos)

Water bottles
Paddock school kit (in a separate named bag)
Waterproof trousers
Waterproof coat
Warm jumper & trousers/leggings to be worn under waterproofs
Extra socks
Gloves
Hat (woollen for winter, sun hat for summer)
Please note that:-
Jewellery - the only jewellery allowed is:-
• A watch
• Earrings - only small studs which must be removed for PE & swimming
• School badges
Other items
• Sunhats in hot weather, not worn indoors
• Sunscreen
• Pencils, etc will be provided.
