Uniform is a practical way of dressing children and helps to create a feeling of “belonging” within the school.

Children will need the following uniform:

Essential Items that need to be purchased from Mapac:

• P.E. Bag

Water bottles in team colours must be purchased from the school office.

BOYS

Winter Wear

Grey trousers  

Blue polo shirt.  
Maroon sweatshirt or jumper.
Grey socks.

PE t-shirt in team colour (no logo’s and round neck)
 

Summer Wear

Grey shorts
Blue polo shirt.   
Grey socks

GIRLS

Winter Wear

Grey pinafore dress/skirt or grey trousers
Blue polo shirt.
Maroon sweatshirt, cardigan or jumper.  
Grey/Maroon tights or socks (no leggings).

PE t-shirt in team colour (no logo’s and round neck)
 

Summer Wear

Blue checked
summer dresses of a simple design.
White socks.

Shoes should be in a supportive style suitable for a working day in school, including sessions in the playground.  Before buying lace-ups check that children are able to fasten them. Trainers and ankle boots are not suitable. Jelly sandals are not suitable in the summer.
 
Reception and Nursery aged children must have a pair of wellies that remain in school.

Jewellery & hair

Because of Health & Safety reasons, no jewellery or badges should be worn in school, except for School Council badges which have been given to children.

Please ensure that all earrings are small, plain stud earrings. This means no shapes, no stones and no dangling earrings

Hair longer than shoulder length should be tied and fastenings should be soft, of a simple design and in blue or black. Please no flowers or hard bobbles.
