HOW DO I FIND MY ONLINE SCHOOL?
Our easy to use school search tool allows you to search for your schools dedicated online uniform store, making buying your child's uniform quick and easy.
HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?
Once you have found your school you can start shopping straight away!
If you have never ordered with us before you can either register before you place our order, or at checkout.
Uniform is dispatched to a home, work or school address.
If you are having difficulty finding your school, it may be that you need to order your uniform direct from school. If you are unsure please just give us a call and we can help direct you to the best place to order your specific uniform.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Rather than operating an exchange service, we ask that you return your items for a full refund and then place a new order. The returned items will need to be in their original condition and sent back to us within 14 days from receipt of the goods. All refunds are made back to the card used to make the original purchase.
If you wish to exchange the garment for a different colour, size or style, simply place a new order online. Your original order will be credited when we receive the returned goods.
Please note postage will be charged at the normal rate.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
Due to the bespoke nature of garments and bags, during the busy summer period, it may take 10 - 15 working days until you receive your order. We normally beat these delivery times but you will always be advised via email when your order is dispatched.
