Please ensure that you state size, quantity, product, product colour, print or embroidery colours.

Artwork

Artwork if supplied by you

Ideally your artwork should be a black print with clean lines and edges, in digital format (preferably eps or illustrator format up to version 10). Alternatively you can supply us with a printed copy in black on white paper, or in colour if embroidery is required.

Artwork Charges

Artwork is free of charge, however an amendment charge will be applied if any change is requested after the artwork or embroidery swatch has been produced.

Maximum Artwork Sizes (height x width)

Crest left breast 8 x 8cm
Full frontal 18 x 18cm (printed only)
Caps and Hats 5.5 x 6cm printed, 5 x 5cm embroidered

Printing

First screen is free of charge for one print colour on orders of 100 printed pieces or more. Additional colours £15.00 + VAT each.

Minimum quantity for printed items is 15 for clothing and 25 for sun hats.
Most print colours available, printed price is for one colour print. Additional print colours £1.00 + VAT per colour, per garment.

Additional print positions £1.00 + VAT per garment.

Print colours can be mixed on orders of 50 or over. There will be a colour change charge of £6.00 + VAT for each additional colour.

Embroidery Origination

Embroidery origination on orders of 100+ garments is free of charge. Orders for fewer than 100 garments or any amended artworks will incur a charge of £30.00 + VAT.

Minimum quantity for embroidered items is 12 for clothing, 25 for fleece, acrylic hats and scarves and 100 for sun hats.

Delivery

Plain items 7 to 10 days. Printed and embroidered items 4 to 6 weeks from signed artwork confirmation (where applicable).
Delivery is free of charge on orders over £100 Excl. VAT; otherwise a charge of £10 will be incurred.

VAT

All clothing and hats printed or embroidered with the school name or logo supplied to schools comprising of children exclusively under the age of 14 are not subject to VAT regardless of size.  VAT will be charged at the standard rate of 15% on all plain clothing and hats in adult sizes, this includes one size fits all.

Export Orders

Payment by pro-forma invoice, carriage extra. Carriage charge on BFPO £10.00.

Supplied on 30 day sale or return.

All items are subject to availability.

Wherever possible, Mapac tries to ensure continuity of colours and shades; however we are bound by an industry standard of 10% tolerance in this regard. Colour representation in the catalogue is only as accurate as the printing process will allow. Credit cards accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta). 30 days credit from invoice available (please enquire).
